All EU orders are shipped via Poste Italiane and GLS Hungary. International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS Priority Express, depending on the delivery location. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. International customers may be subject to customs duties and import fees. These charges are beyond our control, and we cannot cover or predict them in advance. Any applicable fees will be charged to you upon the arrival of your order. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. However, we do allow exchanges for vintage items. If you receive an incorrect or misdescribed item, we will honor a refund once the item is returned. Please contact us promptly at silkroadstudio2023@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) in question. All returned items must be unworn and include original tags. If the item has been worn, we cannot accept it for exchange and it will be sent back to the sender. All shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the nature of second-hand garments, tagged sizes may not reflect actual fit. Age, wear, washing, and shrinking all impact sizing. Please compare your own measurements to the model’s measurements listed for each item to ensure the best fit. We strongly encourage measuring a few of your best-fitting garments and comparing those dimensions with the ones provided on our site. We do our best to provide accurate measurements for every product. Be sure to read each description carefully before making a purchase.
